CIC Property Management Training (Day 2 of 3)

This program provides landlords with the knowledge to better market, manage and maintain residential rental property.

Topics: Marketing, fair housing, the landlord/tenant ordinance, eviction court, nuisance abatement, real estate tax issues, maintenance and budgeting.

Led by: Experienced property managers, attorneys, fair housing experts and real estate tax specialists.

Length: Three consecutive evenings of three hours each (9 hours total). Please note that ALL CLASSES START PROMPTLY ON TIME.

Cost: $50 for the entire course paid in advance. Payment accepted via PayPal or by check or money order by mail at the address below, and also by cash in person at the CIC office (exact amount, please). Preregistration is REQUIRED due to limited space and strong demand.
