Department of Planning and Development’s 14th Annual Rents Right Expo

The expo is an opportunity to talk to experts and meet with City agencies, housing advocates and attorneys. Visitors will learn more about financial literacy, repairing credit, the CityKey ID program and much more. Workshops include:
Know the Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance: And how it affects you.
Immigration in a Sanctuary City: What it means to landlords and tenants.
Keeping Your Community Safe and Healthy: Learn about building code violations and public health issues.
