*NOTE: The December Housing Committee Meeting will be held on December 12th (2nd Tuesday) instead of December 19.* The goals of GCI’s Housing Development Committee are to “unfreeze” the for-sale, single family housing market, stabilize and improve the quality of multi-family properties, and revitalize concentrations of troubled properties through transformation “priority zone” investments.
